Welcome to the forum. That's a great first question.

Most BIAB styles have two substyles, A & B. A appears blue at the measure number, and B appears green. The B substyle is 'busier' sounding in most styles and also plays throughout all middle choruses (2nd time through, for example) by default, and you can change that setting. By 'busier', I mean for example that you might usually hear more intricate drum patterns and a walking bass.

By pressing F5 at any measure, you can change the style from that measure on.

You can also select a timebase of half-time or double-time for most tracks, using checkboxes within the RealTracks and RealDrums pickers, for many instruments but not all.

But no, I don't think BIAB currently has a style that changes to double-time feel within that style. Anyone else?
