I set it up to have sound, although the sound is low when the drums are looped.
But now there is no sound. Two questions: 1: Please confirm that the sound was there (perhaps low) with looped drums previously. Your statement indicates that there was sound. 2: If the answer to (1:) is yes, what did you change, and can you revert to before your change to restore the count-in?

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
