In RealBand, no problems with either driver.
I've long been tempted to do count-ins as you do, maybe now is the time to start. For now, the actual music seems to play OK with the Focusrite ASIO driver, so most issues appear hideable, assuming the drum track isn't actually double-playing as well and/or, even if it is, it just sounds like the drummer is double striking.
