PTPA 2010 will open the MGU/SGU files, but does NOT work like RealBand. It does not generate an arrangement, but instead gives you the chord grid and anything on the melody or soloist track (as best as I can tell - haven't had a lot of time to test it). You'll see the other tracks, but they'll be all blank, so I guess for an SGU, you'll just get the chord grid and a number of blank BIAB tracks. At least that was my experience in the short time I had to test it.

At $29 to upgrade, it shouldn't break the bank.
