Wow, I like the backstory, and especially the results. Very engaging, Shigeki Adachi. What a beautiful voice Yoko has (Wait! That HAS to be the first time I ever said that), and I really like the wall of strings you scored for support. Creatively done! Right after this one, "Sigh" started and of course I stayed for the whole show.

Enjoy whatever happens!

Hey Shigeki,

This sounds really great. Very warm.

Your project is a huge success!

I am able to rip stems similarly using RX9 from Izotope and it is very addictive and fun!!

“You look back with a gentle smile when I call your name
But your gentle eyes seem farther
Than the stars of the galaxy”

We like that!
Your experiment worked great as this sounds wonderful.
Yoko’s lovely voice suits the song so well.

And, as always, the arrangement and mix are both impeccable.

We enjoyed it!

Janne,

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this tune, Yoko's vocal and my strings arrangement.
And I much appreciate your comment on the lyrics written by Shima Asane, one of colleagues at my former workplace.
I am always very encouraged by your kind words.

Best regards.

Sorry for the sibilant stuff.
SpectraLayers is practical enough but still incomplete.

The sound technology these days is really remarkable, and I'm happy that it's still incomplete but practical enough.

Thank you very much for taking the time to listen and comment.
I am really glad you like this tune.
You can do the same with the RX9, right?
Extracting each track from a stereo source is really nice and certainly addictive.

Shigeki,

Very pretty pop ballad—the vocal is just lovely. And outstanding arrangement and production. (And love that solo guitar—sweet!) A sad but emotional write—falls so nicely on the ears. Kudos!

All my best,

Deej
