You can also find lot's of info on Youtube. It's always hard to offer generic advice for learning resources - it so much depends on your background (both with computers and with music!), as well as what you are hoping to use the program for (song-writing, practicing, music production, etc.). You can learn a lot just "kicking the wheels" a bit - make a 12 bar blues in the key of C, play it as a 60 bpm slow swing, play it as a 120 bpm rock rhythm, change it to the key of A, change the number of choruses, mute some of the instruments in the mixer, explore changing the endings, explore bar settings, explore shots and holds... That should get you up and running pretty well. Good luck!
