First rebuild the Styles list by clicking the Rebuild button at the bottom of the Style Picker. Then after selecting the new Style make sure to click the Generate and Play button. If that doesn't help, we recommend your friend contact us directly. They can either email support@pgmusic.com or contact us via live chat.
