OP Manimal22 Newbie M Joined: Apr 2022 Posts: 3	Hey all! I'm a new owner of Band in the Box and absolutely love it. There's sure a lot to learn though - it's very overwhelming and often hard to figure out HOW to do what I want to do. That said, I have a simple question: Is "microchords" not something that's available on the Mac version of BIB?

Hopefully, this feature will be present in the 2022 Mac version... Macbook Pro 2018 2.6 GHz 6-core Intel Core i7, 16 GB RAM OS Monterey BIAB for Mac 2022

Good BIAB learning resources: PG Music BIAB for Mac tutorial videos: https://www.pgmusic.com/videos.bbmac.htm PG Music tutorials and how-to's: https://www.pgmusic.com/howtos.htm You can also find lot's of info on Youtube. It's always hard to offer generic advice for learning resources - it so much depends on your background (both with computers and with music!), as well as what you are hoping to use the program for (song-writing, practicing, music production, etc.). You can learn a lot just "kicking the wheels" a bit - make a 12 bar blues in the key of C, play it as a 60 bpm slow swing, play it as a 120 bpm rock rhythm, change it to the key of A, change the number of choruses, mute some of the instruments in the mixer, explore changing the endings, explore bar settings, explore shots and holds... User Video: Band-in-a-Box® + ChatGPT = Impressed the BOSS!

Since AI is now readily available online as a resource for many things, we recently put together and shared a video where we demonstrated how to create a song using Band-in-a-Box®, ChatGPT, and Synth V; we've also shared a Bob Doyle Media video, Convert MIDI Chords into AI Vocal Harmonies with ACE Studio and Band in A Box, showing how they utilize AI for their song projects. The Bob Doyle Media YouTube channel is known for demonstrating how you can creatively incorporate AI into your projects - from your song projects to avatar building to face swapping, and more!

His latest video, Convert MIDI Chords into AI Vocal Harmonies with ACE Studio and Band-in-a-Box, he explains in detail how you can use the Melodist feature in Band-in-a-Box with ACE Studio. Follow along as he goes from "nothing" to "something" with his Band-in-a-Box MIDI Melodist track, using ACE Studio to turn it into a vocal track (or tracks, you'll see) by adding lyrics for those notes that will trigger some amazing AI vocals!
