Hello
1. I think you can't drag all tracks in a step. You might save time by using the DAW mode in biab though, instead of converting the single tracks before.
2. Click on the first button of each channel strip (channel strips area, on the left side) and select "save channel strip setting as...". Once the settings of all tracks are ok go on the main menu, File, and select "save as template"
