Good blues! I enjoyed the vocals, lyrics, and the guitar solo. Fun video, but some of those digital funhouse mirror faces were... freaky!

I listened on Soundcloud first and got a chuckle ... Then I saw the video and was laughing out loud! It's hard to type when your eyes are watering like this. That was great. My 1st impression was that I could hear this on a 78 with Lady Day singing.
It's the sort of "done me wrong" song that women do oh, so well.
That said, your performance - slow, calm, not overselling the punch line, is REALLY cool.
Dave's guitar is icing on the cake - as usual.

Man, such a great song, was a blast to be involved. And then the video, must have watched it 20 times I think! Haha. What a humble use of the word "Couple," Dave. A Babu song without you in it just ain't a song, man. Thanks for being there in so many ways. Perfect tempo for a really 'blue song' about the blues.

Nice dark blues with a clear message. The hilarious video shows the story also from the humorous angle. Cool vocal delivery is perfect for the blues. What a hoot of a video to along with a super song! Your videos are always so darn good! Mt grandfather once told me that advice is something you give away because you don't want to use it yourself. H e was a pretty smart old guy with a 3rd grade education. H e was my hero growing up.
