Hi Wendy,
It's possible. Here are a couple of ways.
ONE
1) Firstly off, enter the chords C | Am | F | G7
That is, the F/E is not yet present in the 3rd bar.
2) Now generate the song.
3) Once the song is fully generated, freeze all the tracks except the Bass.
To test that this has happened, double click your mouse on about the 4th last bar. If the song doesn't play, it hasn't yet generated to this point so just wait a bit.
4) Modify the chord progression to C | Am | F,F/E|G7
5) Regenerate the song.
This time the frozen tracks will not produce new material. The unfrozen Bass track, though, will regenerate and the E will be added.
TWO (this is the easier way)
1) Go into song settings.
2) Activate the option "Ignore slash root or slash chords except bass".
