Yes, I am on Windows 10. If it matters, I'm using the 64-bit version of the application. I don't know the step by step procedure to arrive at the attachment you included. None of the keystroke sequences I've tried so far have allowed me to arrive at a dropdown with an option for "Microsoft Print to PDF." One thing I tried actually froze the application, and I had to open Task Manager to force close the application. Thanks for your help.
