I don't know the step by step procedure to arrive at the attachment you included. None of the keystroke sequences I've tried so far have allowed me to arrive at a dropdown with an option for "Microsoft Print to PDF."
On Windows Search-bar, type the word 'Printers', press Enter and see if Microsoft Print to PDF is available in your installed printers. If so, then in BiaB choose that Printer when you want to print to PDF.
