Hello Bass Thumper,
Try running Band-in-a-Box as administrator. You can do this by right clicking on the Band-in-a-Box shortcut and selecting Run as administrator. Do you still experience the access violation error?
Hope this helps! Thanks Jerry, I haven't had much time to devote to this but the few times I used it as administrator it has been problem-free.
