I'm a long way from the tropics, but you just took me there in my mind. I've never tried this kind of music, but I sure like what you've got here - I may have to start trying. Great mix, and I loved the breaks you put in.

Hello Rob (Rodipoet), Floyd, Anne-Marie, Rob (RnAM) and Scott, Of course I'm late again, but have a good excuse; I am a bit ill... But I read all your posts the moment they were sent, or a bit later and enjoyed all of them. And -in a way- now I'm in a luxuery position; three musicians from the Netherlands are there to reply! Always fun to be on an island with ocean view and a cuba libre in one hand and a gorgeous woman in the other. Hallo Rob, it looks you have done exacly that! And it means you are longing for it again, regardiong to the word 'always'... But thanks for your comment. If fantasies go the way you described then the song did it'ss job. I'm glad for that! Hans,

fj Hi Floyd, thanks for this. Yes, that bridge was some work. I had to make a jump from dream to reality in a few words. This worked! Have you had your rum and coke already? First, a very high saturated mix! It really bursts out of our speakers, but in a good way.
We recognize that saxophone RT. We used it in one of our songs a couple of years ago.

Well done. Hoi Anne-Marie en Rob, about the speakers you talk almost the same as Bud and Janice. They turn the volume high and see of the song keep sounding good. Luckily they live where now one else is in about 30 miles around. And I know you live also near a wood with deer, swines and lovely birds. And they weren't even fleeing when you turned up the speakers to max., otherwise I would have read it in the papers or on television. The sax was a good one. I can imagine you used it too. I don't often use a sax, I am not really fond of the sound, but in this song it makes the sphere as well as the steelband! Then you longe for a Cuba Libre for sure. Except Anne-Marie. She does not drink, she told me... Cool groove to the song Hans. Super vocal and lyric. Excellent mix. Loved the backtrack as well.. Hi Scott, thanks for your so nice words! Hi Janne, Janice and Bud, Bloc-head, OM, Brad and Torrey, I was late in replying your so nice posts, but there were some health issues, unfortunately. Better now, I hope. Janne, thanks for your words and i'm looking forward for your happy tunes. Maybe one about joining NATO? Could become very funny, ha (cynical laugh). And use the AI ladies in it too! Janice and Bud, thanks for the toe tapping on the song. Did you know it was situated in Margaritaville? Close to Jimmy Buffett...  I was honored by what you said about the song. Did you drank a rum and coke too, or a Margarita? Bloc-head, I can't recall you ever said bad words on my songs. Always nice ones. Considering the quality of your own songs, that makes me feel great. Thanks! OM, one day you don't discuss it anymore with your wife, but you fly to one of those islands. You can try one of the 6 islands of the Netherlands Antilles in the Caribbean. They speak English. But it gave me a nice feel my song did that to you. Give it a try! Brad, you are from California! You don't need a tropical island. Go to your own beautiful beaches. I was watching a spanish movie recently and one of the main actors was a man called Ezequiel.
It's a rare name, I only know you. But that actor came close, don't you think?
