Hey Everybody,

Bowing to popular demand, we are posting the finished audio to the "Life is Hard" collaboration, which was created during the world's largest BIAB reunion, in April, featuring the BIAB Allstars.

The video is at the top of the showcase, and it might make you laugh--we hope it does, because that was our intention. Entertainment with a tad of education.

Herb did an awesome job with the music production, and so here it is. Hope you enjoy. (Herb has the tracks listed in his comment on the video post.) I am playing the jangly guitar and the single note lead and Herb is doing all the fancy double lead stuff as only he can do.

V1

On a blacktop road
a long way from home
in a pickup truck
each man drove alone
and I'm turning off
on an old dirt road
cause I'm too tired
to carry on

Chorus:

You might trip
or you might fall
you might end up against the wall
Life is hard in case you can't tell
Life is hard We’ve learned that well

solo

V2

five old southern boys
and a yank who drove
with a trailer and a dog
to escape the snow
and where they're going
nobody knows
and the wind keeps blowing them
where they go

CHORUS REPEAT

Bridge

Met some new friends
drank a few beers
sorry bout that if you weren't here.
