Navid Syed,

In other posts the developer, Adar, mentioned one thing a user can do that will provide him with information that will help him identify and fix a crash issue is to collect some logs.

Make a blank text file with notepad.exe. Label the blank file PreserveAllFiles.txt and put it in the BBPlugin directory; for example X:\bb\BBPlugin\PreserveAllFiles.txt where X is the drive letter where Band-in-a-Box is stored. The blank file instructs the plugin to log all temporary input-output files. The created log files are stored in the X:\bb\BBPlugin sub folder and are labeled: BBoutput.txt, RBResults.txt, BBInput.txt and BBSong.txt.

Another log file that is helpful is stored at X:\bb\Data\bbw4_64exe_FlashMessageLog.txt. The flash message log reports every displayed pop up, or flash, message.

Finally, X:\bb\Data\bbw4_PlugInLog.txt is the log file that reports communication errors between the plugin and Band-in-a-Box. When you use the plugin the plugin uses Band-in-a-Box to generate all the audio files.

I hope this information is useful.
