Hola Carlos, te agradecería que me enviaras la direción para poder descargar el parche de band in a box en castellano para Mac Osx
y espero que próximamente, se pueda utilizar la misma licencia en el PC, con una versión Hybrida,
Hecho mucho de menos un buen editor de partituras, y quizas software, para el dominio de otras tecnicas "en castellano"para los que tocamos instrumentos de cuerda;
tembien estoy echando de menos, el no poder instalar, en mac algún instrumento VST, como el BANDSTAND de Native Instruments ,que he venido utilizando desde hace algún tiempo, o JABB3 de Garritan.

Hola kotan, bienvenido al foro. Podrías por favor indicarnos que versión tienes de Band-in-a-Box para Mac? La anunciada aquí es para PC Windows, por lo tanto debo consultar con nuestro dpto. de soporte con respecto a parches en castellano para BIAB en la plataforma MAC. Estoy agregando tu sugerencia para una licencia híbrida a la lista de peticiones para próximas versiones.
Por otro lado, Garritan Jazz & Big Band soporta el Formato Universal (Universal Format). Igualmente NI Bandstand 1.0.1 y 1.0.3 puede ser instalado tanto en MAC MacOS X UB como en Windows.
Garritan Jazz & Big Band soporta todos los formatos populares, tanto Windows como Macintosh, como programa solo (stand-alone) o como un plug-in (VST, Dxi, RTAS, y OS X AudioUnits).
Quizá tu hayas adquirido la versiónes para Windows solamente.

Hola Carlos E. Arellano, desde la Patagonia Argentina te saludo. A mis 64 y gracias a que he logrado instalar hasta la versión 10,5 y en castellano, voy logrando ponerme al día con algo que había quedado pendiente a lo largo de mi vida ya que en el '72 abandoné insensatamente la práctica musical que retomé en el 2005. Luego de 40 años pienso pasar en limpio todas mis creaciones gracias a BIAB.
Canto, toco saxo, clarinete, bajo, algo de guitarra, algo de percusión, piano y un poco de bandoneón y algún que otro instrumento que cae en mis manos. Hace unos días terminé de "pistear" uno de mis primeros temas que compuse ayudado con el bandoneón de mi querido viejo que ya no está. Gracias al BIAB logré hermosear el tema, según dicen los distintos menús del programa. Algo excepcional, ya que estoy a mis anchas desplegando toda mi creatividad aletargada y que ha renacido con tal fuerza que me he decidido registrarlos, ya que semejante programa ahora me permitirá contar tanto con la pista exigida, la música escrita y el demo correspondiente.
Respecto de tales gestiones, podrías asesorarme o decirme a quien o quienes recurrir aquí en Argentina? He escrito a Sadaic en varias oportunidades y jamás me contestaron; parece que no les interesan los creadores del interior o están muy encerrados en su torre de marfil. Ni acusaron recibo. En mi juventud bien que hemos tenido con mi grupo que llenar las largas planillas con cada baile que hacíamos para beneficio de los asociados a quienes les ejecutábamos las canciones.
Con relación al programa necesito ayuda logicamente para ir conociendo el intrincado laberinto de mandos y comandos para lograr orquestaciones aún mejores cada día, estoy seguro que BIAB me lo posibilitará. He ya logrado hacer de este tema que te decía, un .wav y finalmente en Sound Forge traducirlo a .mp3 y alargarle y mejorarle el final, ya que no sé cómo resolverlo aún en BIAB. También tuve complicaciones con el inicio armónico del tema ya que lo logré resolver pero aún no sé cómo hice, no fué algo a conciencia sinó de casualidad y no quiero seguir este tren porque no es así como deben hacerse estas cosas. Sé que hay formas de resolver eso. Necesito saber aún como extender el final de un tema que me permita mejorar los finales de todo el repertorio que ya tengo de jazz, bossa, melodies, etc como para pistear desde un cd y poderme presentar como en realidad quiero y necesito desde lo espiritual. Dada mi edad comprenderás que no me resultó nada fácil volver a tocar instrumentos como clarinete y saxos y aún más reaprender todo en base al esfuerzo que cuesta hacerlo cuando ya no se es joven. Todo cuesta más; pero las ganas están y pienso aprovecharlas y disfrutar todo esto que se me dá hoy al máximo y sobre todo llegar a transmitir mis pequeños logros.

De antemano todo mi respeto y admiración por tu determinación en retomar la música y darle un nuevo sentido a tu vida. la verdad siempre he creido en eso de que nunca es tarde, sobre todo cuando hay ganas desde muy dentro!. De más está decirte que cuentas con mi apoyo y el de PGMusic por medio de este foro en las consultas que quieras hacer para resolver tus dudas en el manejo del programa. Sin embargo, para poder responderte tengo que pedirte un pequeño favor, y es que por motivos de organización y reglamento del foro, necesitamos que publiques de nuevo tus preguntas en hilos o temas aparte, ya que publicaste en el hilo de "actualizacion al español" el cual no está relacionado con el asunto en tus preguntas. Como son varios tópicos los que mencionas, te recomiendo dividirlas y publicarlas al menos en tres "anuncios" por separado. hola, soy nuevo en este foro, queria preguntarte: tengo la tascam US-1641 y uso una pc con buenos recursos y uso cubase le, nuendo y studio one de prosonus.
tengo un problema, tengo cortes de audio muy seguidos al usar cualquiera de estos programas y mas cuando uso virtual instruments.
sabes cual es la razon?
