Very cool song Herb. I am sure your daughters will treasure this love song to them forever. The steel gave the song a heartwrenching feel. Super vocal and lyric. Excellent production. Glad you did the remix and reposted it. Really nice listen...

Herb...what a great country tune...super lyrics and performance...love the track...such a great mix and handling of the individual instruments...the vocals and harmonies are all top-notch...really enjoyed the listen...very inspirational!

Yes, strong vibes of Willie Nelson here. But, that aside:
You actually made me cry, with this song. And I don't cry often. So, so beautiful. This is what a child, any child, wants to hear from their parents. Unconditional love and encouragement. Bravo.
The song itself is so well written, and just communicates. A classic. The mandolin is inspired, the whole arragement is beautiful and first, your vocal is extraordinary, and I'm listening to it again and again, more impressed with it on each listen. WELL DONE!!!

I didn't see a mandolin real track in your notes, so I'm guessing you played that part too. Nice!
