Is the screen capture showing the exact file you changed, or another song file?

Do you remember what you changed in the song? It may be identical. You cannot 'undo' once you have saved if you have then closed the BiaB program.

However, if BiaB is still running and the 'changed' song is still loaded, perhaps Edit > Undo might get you back where you started.

Otherwise, you can always reinstall.
