Yes you can:
1-Click on Chord Display (Ch.Display)
2-Click on Choose type of Chord Display
3-Click on Roman Numeral

Note that minor chords will be displayed as Nm where N is the Roman Numeral.

You can type in chords like I, IIm, VIm, and V7. If you type in the chord names like C, Dm, Am, and G7 the display will be I, IIm, VIm, and V7. Regardless of the display the chords played will be C, Dm, Am, and G7 for the above examples.
