If you ever want to do the opposite, just incase anyone else is wondering how — with all the instruments doing a shot or hold but the drums continue on — in the chord sheet, you can type the chord you want followed by .d, ..d, and ...d to get the following effects:

CHORD.d means to rest all instruments except the drums.
CHORD..d means to play a shot of all instruments, but the drums keep playing
CHORD...d means to hold the chord, however the drums will continue to play.

If you're using MIDI drums, you can also manipulate how the drums are being played there.
