Here's another way that won't require unfolding the song or removing repeats and 2nd endings and responds to activating at Part Markers like you're wanting to do. Chantelle's image attachment shows it's available to the Mac version.
Note the button to the right of the Key Signature Change Box - The RealTracks Button
With this button, you can replace the A Part Strings RealTrack with RealTrack 1152:Silence and reverse the RealTracks at the following A Part of the song and repeat this for each A/B change in your song.
Yet another method is to use the 'All Choruses box to select the individual song choruses and Mute the appropriate B Part Markers and Return to Normal at the A Part Markers for each chorus. This method works if your strings are MIDI or SuperMidi.
