Hey Dan I got the EWI 4000s, and am working through the learning curve which consists of me giving up and sleeping on it and figuring it out during the night. I was tired, showing it off to the wife and hit the transpose button, lol, wouldn't transpose to C. I forgot it was a toggle, and remembered at 3 a.m. YIKES.
I have roller fatigue, but am getting there. So far the best practice is to use midi thru to the ketron, I can see the note I'm playing, I wish the wee keyboard was bigger though. A good tool, and the Ketron has some great songs. Can you post the link you used? Is that like the Patchman stuff? Do you have that? The internal sounds don't seem nearly as good as the ketron ones, but I was hoping to simplify the gear I'm using.....
Just one more piece of gear to add to my will....geez...
