Mel, very tasteful arrangement. The only arrangement edit I would make is to lay off of the synth pad on the verse where the female vox takes the lead. I would replace it with the fingerpicked chords of the acoustic guitar like you had in the 1st verse or two. Then on the last chorus there's a higher synth string pad that sounds out of place with the rest of the white clap-board church instrumentation.

Just my opinion.
