I have this guitar I'm adding to a piece and I can't get it to work? I checked for update, loaded and restarted and it still doesn't work. Is there something I can do to fix that?
Hello Victoria, do you see an N/A in the name of that RealTrack in the mixer? If so, it means that it is not currently found by Band-in-a-Box which could be because it is not currently installed properly, or you do not have the RealTracks set that contains it.
Victoria, if you contact us directly we could lookup the size of PAK you have and determine if you should have this RealTrack included or not. Either email support@pgmusic.com or go to live hat on the website.
It doesn't say N/A. I reinstalled #317 which is the set it comes with and ...no sound. I made sure to look for updates; I read there was an issue with holds on that particular guitar. I installed the latest update and still ... no sound. V

We resolved this issue outside of the forums. Be sure that your Band-in-a-Box is up to date with the latest build to ensure function of the content you've installed. To check for updates, simply open Band-in-a-Box and click | Help | Check for Updates | where you can download and install any available updates for your program. Alternatively, you can download build updates from our site here: https://www.pgmusic.com/support.updates.win.htm
