We resolved this issue outside of the forums. Be sure that your Band-in-a-Box is up to date with the latest build to ensure function of the content you've installed. To check for updates, simply open Band-in-a-Box and click | Help | Check for Updates | where you can download and install any available updates for your program. Alternatively, you can download build updates from our site here: https://www.pgmusic.com/support.updates.win.htmHope this helps!
