Dan, I do NOT have an ear for mixing so I really appreciate your input. Do you mean more reverb for the whole mix or just for my vox?

Dewey...let me reiterate how good this song is...but since you asked...I was suggesting a "little bit" on the whole track...but I'm listening now and here's what I'd do for what it's worth...I would give the drums their own reverb to pull them back on stage a bit...then I'd pan the fiddle slightly left a bit to move it away from the vocal so they don't hold the same sonic place on the stage (not a hard pan just a bit) I'd do this because the fiddle plays at the same time as the vocals and they are competing for the space...then I'd pan the mandolin or acoustic to the right (slightly) to balance the mix with the fiddle...this will make the mix sound bigger and more stereo with instruments in different sonic spaces...then add a little salt (reverb, just a sprinkle on the entire mix)...cook it up and see what it tastes like...if it sucks well that's just me...but if it makes a great song more interesting and wider then...VOILA!

LOL to your disclaimer, Dan! I ended up adding to the whole mix but nothing special to the drums as they had a ghost beat when I did try. I panned a bit right and left with the instruments and cleaned up my vocals a bit to. Not sure if it made it better or worse so if you have the patience and time, I'd appreciate you listening to what I did and let me know if it's in the right direction. Na zdrowie!
