Are you running Band-in-a-Box from your computer internal drive or from the external Band-in-a-Box drive?
If you're using the external Band-in-a-Box drive do you always plug it into the same USB port of your computer? The external hard drive should be assigned a permanent drive letter. Here's how to assign a drive letter in Disk Management:
Right-click the drive you would like to change. Click Change Drive Letter and Paths. Click Add. Click the letter you want to use. Click OK.
In the plugin, click on the "Preferences" button or navigate to File > Preferences to open the Preferences window. Select "Folder Locations" Visually verify the folder locations are correct or select the "Find Folders" button.
