Upbeat, bouncy, very good track. Guitar blends well. The vocals seemed a bit too upfront (to my ears), but still worth the listen.

It is certainly a fun “little old pop song” and we’re glad you revived it. You and Leon and the band are in the groove. We love the guitar (of course!) The video is cool and we love the way the girl with the auburn colored hair sashays when she walks. Most enjoyable! J&B

Fun and nicely done guys.
If you should do another similar one in the future, I would heavily process adding some cool vocal fx (as Ray suggested) to really bring home the 80s vibe.

Not sure if I completely get the song (I only understand parts of the lyrics), but that's a really catchy song, and the guitar is really cool.
I like it!

Definitely has an early Eurythmics feels.
The guitar parts are ace.
My 1st impression was that Leon's voice should be heavily processed to give it an 80s feel.

Love the music mix . . . really cool 80’s sounds—great beat and vibe. From a production standpoint, I’m not sure the vocal fits in the mix ideally, and early on in the song it felt rushed on a couple of lines. Maybe just a little EQ’ing and playing with the effects might get it to sit better . . . dunno. And then again, listen to what others have to say . . . lord knows, it may be just fine as is. Cool tune!

Deej Thanks Deej - was a pretty old mix I resurrected for the video so you are probably right. I think there is an updated set of lyrics somewhere (it's not one of Leon's favourite lyrics - it was written a long time ago).
