Great information! Back in 1968 I was in a band. A record company wanted us to sign a recording contract with them. We took the contract to a lawyer and found out exactly that was described in this video. The record company would loan us thousands of dollars and if our 45 RPM record made more that that amount we would make money. If not we were on the hook for what ever money was left on the loan. Remember back that a thousand dollars was a lot of money. Needless to say we passed on the deal. Thus I'm still an unknown
