Hi Russell. Just a tip, many of us know this as "The Arban Book", or, less frequently, "Arban's Book". Try searching with those spellings. I'm not saying you will find anything, but the more common spellings might help.

This is something I had not thought about in a long time. I left this method behind in junior high. I'm quite sure I would have all kinds of trouble with it nearly 50 years later, but right or wrong, I prefer playing my own music. I don't want any possibility of falling back on some exercise as I improvise. But thank goodness, each of us plays in a different way.
