Hi Jerry and guys- thanks for the help. Sorry I’m just getting back on the forum.
I’m using biab2022 (923)
And the current style is _Engine4 (train beat…)
But this problem usually happens - rarely do the bass and drums hit the downbeat of a hold or shot. They seem to prepare to with a fill etc then,be blank (,or super low velocity) on the downbeat with most, if not all, Realtracks. (Sometimes the other instruments seem to sound).
Turns out a couple of my buddies,also pro musicians, have always had the same trouble, we’ve all been just sucking that up and fixing in a DAW with pastes and editing.
I was advised on pgm Chat to reinstall the shots and holds which I just did, but to no avail.
I’m really surprised this isn’t a more common syndrome that had been addressed a lot. Hoping there’s a key we haven’t found that unlocks it. Thanks again.
