That's a wonderful love song with a very good choice in instruments and arrangement, and you have a really nice and warm voice which I like a lot!
I'm sorry that I seem to be the only one who has some criticism, but in my opinion you overdo the vibrato in your vocals. Not the amount ( you have a really beautiful vibrato in your voice), but how long you hold it. Almost every phrase ends with a loooong vibrato which sounds almost artificial.
I think slowly moving out of the vibrato would sound much better. To me vibrato is like a spice, it emphasizes and improves the taste of a meal, but when used too much it overpowers the taste.
