hallo zusammen, ich bin rudy, spiele sein ein paar jahren mittelprächtig sax und hab nun biab entdeckt. unglaublich und ein wenig erschlagend, was es da für möglichkeiten gibt! zum glück gibt's dieses forum!!
gleich eine erste frage, weil ich mit google nicht weiterkomme: wie kann ich akkorde/ songs aus realbook importieren? ich hab's mit datei -> import -> importiere audio versucht, da tut sich was, aber ich finde nicht, wo's was hingespeichert hat...aber vllt ist das ja auch nicht richtig, was ich da probiere.

Hallo Rudy, willkommen im Forum. Der Import von Akkordfolgen als Text in Band in a Box ist möglich (aber nur unter Einhalten bestimmter Syntaxregeln), allerdings nicht über den von dir angedachten Weg. Das Eingeben von Akkorden z.B. von Jazz Standards ist bei Band in a Box aber sehr einfach, am besten schaust du dir dazu mal die Tutorialvideos hier auf der Webseite an. Aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen werden bei BiaB keine Standards unter ihrem Namen oder ausnotiert mitgeliefert. Es gibt aber im Netz eine ganze Reihe von Quellen und Anbietern, wo du fündig wirst. Ich wollte dir noch die genauere Beschreibung nachreichen, wie du Akkordfolgen importieren kannst.
Band in a Box versteht eine Syntax, die Takte durch vertikale Striche trennt (ALT+0124) und die Akkorde durch Leerzeichen, ein vorab gestelltes a) oder b) gibt ggf. die Styleuntervariante an. "%" wiederholt die Akkorde des letzten Taktes. Vorab steht ein [Chords], zum Ende ein [ChordsEnd].
Mit einem Texteditor erfasst kannst du Akkordfolgen über die Zwischenablage in Band in a Box einfügen.
Ein typisches Beispiel sieht wie folgt aus:
