Since there has just been released a Doo-Wop Styles Pack - which I find a wonderful idea! - I thought that I should suggest a couple of more vocal harmony genres/styles/groups. So here they are, each with a video as my favourite examples from various genres:
1) Andrew Sisters: Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy - outstanding, especially in regard to the instrument imitations
2) Comedian Harmonists: Veronika der Lenz ist da - German Harmony Group from the 1930s that was also very famous in the US, those days:
3) Manhattan Transfer: Four Brothers
4) En Vogue: My Lovin' (You're Never Gonna Get It) - in particular in regard to the breakdown
