Can't imagine how anything about this could be any better.
Good lyric, good vocal, good BAND, good production, good mix.
A lot of the TV shows we watch these days have current "alt" type music playing during some scenes and at the end when the credits roll....
This could EASILY be used for that.

Those strong rhymes and simple lyrics lets the listener float away on your catchy melody.
No one does upfront vocals as well as you,and the arrangement is beautifully done.

The melody and instruments support your vocal and lyric so perfectly. Janice was swaying back and forth while listening.  The steel is a wonderful addition. We love these lines: “You know I need the rain today Gonna cleanse my blues away” We've been on a bit of an Americana binge of late and as we always look forward to your new songs this was very special. Love this one--nice 70's vibe going on with this. Great opening two lines, and the rest that follows is equally impressive. Cool vocal, crisp production. Like that pedal steel as well. Bravo!
