Yup, and it also wipes any RealTracks you may have setup with the previous style(on the Utility and Solo Tracks). But, it does leave you a present of some junk MIDI tracks instead.
It can be quite destructive... (if you haven't saved your previous iteration.)
So, moral of the story, be sure to save your work prior to searching for a better style. :-)
