PS You can get find free loudness meter plug-ins like Youlean for mixing down at the generally accepted -14LUFS and you can check your mix at loudnesspenalty very quickly to see how much the major platforms would raise or lower it (or leave it as is). The site is free and requires no sign up.

Hey, hope you realize my term "glue" is a compliment. I played upright bass for decades in bluegrass bands at festivals and clubs. The bass guy in that context (and with no drums) provides the foundation or as I called it "glue."  Bud

I never heard that term in this context before. Seems like I'm learning left and right these days. Never heard "motif" in a musical context either until recently. An upright bass player with no drums to lock in with? That's impressive.

Hi bass thumper i like the second season -6 really sounds nice and big!!! Yep, I messed-up on the original -21dB mixdown, totally my bad. Glad you liked it. I try my best to lock in with the drum kit as best I can with my "left leg". . . . after all, the BiaB drummers just don't make mistakes
