When I use this style. I will hear other voices. If you close the bottom synth pad, it will disappear. But the synth pad is also gone. Is this related to midi? Did I set it wrong?
That track is a RealTrack, so it is not related to MIDI in any way. The instrument is a Synth Pad, so it will sound like a slow strings accompaniment. Is that what you hear?
When you mention 'close the bottom synth pad' I presume you are setting that track to Mute? Could that be correct?
Are there any other tracks that aren't visible, like Utility Tracks that are out of view in the mixer?

Another thought, can you upload the song file to a file sharing service like Drop Box, and someone can review what might be happening.

When I played, I clicked SOLO, but there was a piano sound? OK, I suspect what is happening is that you have saved the MIDI data to another track somewhere, and it is set to Piano.
Click the 'eye' icon in the mixer (see arrow 1), and select Show All. Then Mute everything that is a 'Utility' track (see arrow 2). Regenerate the song. See if the Piano still sounds.
You also may have created a MIDI audio track with the same file name. I suspect you have been experimenting with many things, yes?

Also, look in the same folder that the BiaB song is saved in. Do you see any other file with the same name as the name of your song file, but the file extension is a WAV or other audio type (not .SGU, MGU etc)?

The piano sound comes from the synth pad. Not from anywhere else. It is the area in the yellow circle in the picture above me. Every time I send a question, I am very careful. I have described the situation in detail above.

I very often have a similar problem to this with with the drum track. I get both the RealDrums and a MIDI drums. For me I just hear a slightly doubled drums from the second note of the count-in onwards and I've learned to just ignore it, but SBM obviously can't ignore what he has. For me it also goes away if I turn off MIDI.
I'd had thought that perhaps it was a problem only with my system, but now I think it may be more common and I think it is very likely a bug.
A work-around might be to set the MIDI instrument to "Select MIDI Instrument (patch) -> "Select no MIDI Patch".
I have not yet tried that work-around as my machine is not presently having the problem. Possibly this happens only with some styles/RealTracks? I may explore further.
Jazz relative beginner, starting at a much older age than was helpful. AVL:MXE Linux; Windows 11 BIAB2026 Audiophile, a bunch of other software. Kawai MP6, Ui24R, Focusrite Saffire Pro40 and Scarletts .
I loaded this style and when I solo the Utility track it sounds fine. No piano playing just the synth pad. Have you tried to return to factory settings?

Yes, I agree. You may recall that I asked could you upload the song file. In response you produced a video, which may also be helpful, but is different from the song file and doesn't allow any analysis.

I just looked at it. The synth pad track is indeed set in this option by default. "Select MIDI Instrument (patch) -> "Select no MIDI Patch"
But the problem remains. This problem is very common. I don't want to disable MIDI by resetting it, because if I disable MIDI, then when I click "enter+shift" on the BAR, there will be no sound.

I restored my exit settings. But there are still problems. Do you set no MIDI output? If so, there is no piano. But when you click "ENTER+SHIFT" on BAR, you cannot play chords. You try.

i forgot. I have already made a video about this post, which is on it.
I hope we can focus our discussion on this issue. I mainly heard a piano sound, but I didn't know how to close it. I just returned to factory mode.
I've had this problem, assuming it's the same thing we're talking about here. It's real and possibly a bug. I never reported it because I never quite figured out how to reproduce it 100% - plus I found a workaround which unfortunately I can't remember. I'll have a play around and see if I can trigger any memories.

It turns out that you have met. In this way, I can rest assured. BIAB will definitely solve the problem.
What document are you talking about? Video? I have published it on it. Or are you talking about SUG files? It has nothing to do with this. You can enter a chord at random and open this style.
I reported - there is NO PROBLEM with "_TURNAWY.STY.Turn Away Alternate 8ths Ballad"! The folks here in the forum have asked for the .SGU file 3 - 4 times now. We Can't help if you don't understand us.

Thanks for your reply.
yes. I replied to you on it. You didn't have this problem. Maybe you didn't set MIDI OUT. If you press ENTER+SHIFT on BAR, will a sound appear? I also send you the documents you need now, but I think this problem has nothing to do with this document.

Let me say the question again. This is when I set MIDU OUTPUT. Then, some styles will have an additional piano sound. When I unset MIDI OUTPUT. Then the extra piano sound disappears. However, if MIDI OUTPUT is unset, there will be no sound when I press ENTER+SHIFT. However, I often use ENTER+SHIFT on BAR.

202 New RealTracks Released with Band-in-a-Box 2026!
With Band-in-a-Box® 2026, we've released 202 incredible new RealTracks (in sets 468-488) in a variety of genres—featuring your most requested styles!
Jazz, Funk & World (Sets 468-475):
Our new jazz, funk & blues RealTracks include a groovin’ collection of RealTracks and RealDrums! These include more requested “soul jazz” RealTracks featuring artists Neil Swainson (bass), Charles Treadway (organ), Brent Mason (guitar), and Wes Little (drums). There are new “smooth jazz” styles (4), which include a RealTracks first: muted trumpet, as well as slick new smooth jazz brushes options for drums. Blues lovers will be thrilled—there are more “classic acoustic blues” styles, including guitar (5), bass (4), and drums (10) with blues master Colin Linden, featuring understated and tasty background acoustic soloing, plus brushes drums and acoustic bass. There are also new electric blues RealTracks, including electric blues with PG favorite Johnny Hiland (3) and soulful electric slide guitar from Colin Linden (4). If you love funk & gospel, there are great new options this year, including gospel organ (3) from Charles Treadway, as well as new funk, tango, and rock ’n’ roll drums (3) and bass (1). And for big, bold arrangements, we have uptempo soul horns (4) featuring a three-part hip horn section with options for a full mix or stems of each individual horn — plus an accompanying rhythm section (4) of drums, bass, guitar, and electric piano!
Rock & Pop (Sets 476–482):
Our new rock & pop RealTracks bring a powerful mix of requested favorites, fresh genres, and modern chart-inspired styles! We have more of our popular “Producer Layered Acoustic Guitars (15)” featuring Band-in-a-Box favorite Brent Mason. We’ve continued our much-requested disco styles (10), and added new Celtic guitar (5) with a more basic, accessible approach than our previous Drop-D or DADGAD offerings. There are also highly requested yacht rock styles (17), inspired by the smooth, polished soft-rock sound of the late ’70s and early ’80s — laid-back grooves, silky electric pianos, warm textures, elegant harmonic movement, and pristine production aesthetics. Fans of heavier styles will love our new glam metal (13), capturing the flashy, high-energy sound of ’80s arena-ready guitar rock. We also have a set of rootsy modern-folk rock (18), with a warm, organic sound combining contemporary folk textures and driving acoustic strumming. And we’ve added lots of new modern pop styles (16) — the kinds of sounds you’re hearing on the radio today, featuring exciting new drums, synths, and cutting-edge RealTracks arrangements.
Country, & Americana (Sets 483–488):
Our new country & Americana RealTracks deliver a rich collection of acoustic, electric, and roots-inspired styles! We have new country pop (9) with legendary guitarist Brent Mason. There is also a potpourri (14) of bouzouki, guitars, banjo, and more, perfect for adding texture and character to contemporary acoustic arrangements. We’ve added funky country guitar (5) with PG favorite Brent Mason, along with classic pedal steel styles (5) featuring steel great Doug Jernigan. There are more country songwriter styles (8) that provide intimate, rootsy foundations for storytelling and modern Americana writing. Finally, we have “background soloing” acoustic guitar (12) with Brent Mason — simpler, but still very tasty acoustic lines designed to sit beautifully behind vocals or act as a subtle standalone solo part.
And, if you are looking for more, the 2026 49-PAK (for $49) includes an impressive collection of 20 bonus RealTracks, featuring exciting and inspiring additions to add to your RealTracks library. You'll get new country-rhythm guitar styles from PG Music favorites Johnny Hiland and Brent Mason, along with modern-pop grooves that capture today’s radio-ready sound! There are also new indie-folk styles with guitar, bass, 6-string bass used as a high-chording instrument, acoustic guitar, and banjo. Plus, dedicated "cymbal fills" RealDrums provide an added layer that work very well with low-key folky styles with other percussion.
