I just looked at it. The synth pad track is indeed set in this option by default.
"Select MIDI Instrument (patch) -> "Select no MIDI Patch"

But the problem remains.
This problem is very common. I don't want to disable MIDI by resetting it, because if I disable MIDI, then when I click "enter+shift" on the BAR, there will be no sound.
