You cannot just attach files or images to a forum post; however, if you have a hosting site, you can save the JPG of the screen shot there, and then just link the image into your forum post. There are a number of free hosting sites around and have been discussed several times on the forum, so you should be able to find several with a search. The command to embed an image is (I am using parentheses instead of square brackets to demonstrate the command:
(IMAGE)URL to Image File(/IMAGE) <-- substitute square brackets "[ ]" for the parentheses "( )".

Band-in-a-Box 2026 Video: AI Stems & Notes - split polyphonic audio into instruments and transcribe
This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track. AI-Notes converts polyphonic audio—either full mixes or individual instruments—into MIDI that you can view in notation or play back instantly.
