Dave,
I don't recall anyone ever using Band In A Box to create audio loops. I suppose you could do it, but you're going to need to use an audio editor program like Audacity, GoldWave, Audition or some other dedicated wave editor to do the trimming and such. I don't think you can do it in Band In A Box itself, at least not with the accuracy needed to create seamless loops.
