The addition of your strings and cello fit well with the RT choices.
As always you have a good arrangement and mix too.

Dan, this sounds really good. Your vocals and the acoustic guitars remind me Gordon Lightfoot. Very good lyrics and very well produced. I enjoyed it very much, Tom

Firesong,

Wow, that’s done really well. All elements of the production shine. Very impressive vocal—wish I could soften my voice like that. Rich in all aspects. Beautiful work!

Wishing you all the best this Holiday—

Hi, Dan.

Good write by you and Buddy. Excellent singing and harmonies. The arrangement does everything right.

Love the dramatic pause!

I'm with B.D. on the reverb - especially in the beginning, the contrast with the relatively dry instruments, the vocal is so wet it keeps calling attention it itself. It's not so obvious once the instruments all come in, or where there's a harmony. So perhaps backing it off in the beginning of the song would be sufficient.

Really, really nice. laugh

Vocal control, you say. Never heard of it. Is that some kind of ProTools thing?

Dan (& Buddy),

A solid write (as are all of your songs).
Well sung (as are all of your songs).
Nicely produced (as are all of your songs).
Well mixed (as are all of your songs).
