I'm trying to get a Mute selected bars added to the right click in volume automation, this will work like F5.
Now to change RT on a Util track at any bar/beat you can use the floating Alt+F8 window.
This all works now without turning tracks into wav files.
It just needs to be able to do the RealDrums also.
