Amber's vocal was perfect Dan. Loved how her vocal broke in a few places. Gave so much feeling to the song. Beautiful backtrack and lyric. Well done

I wasn't here in 2018, so I'm sure glad you reposted this now. Great song. I thought it had kind of a "There's a lighthouse" feel to it. Some of those cord changes reminded me of that song - one of my favorites. Amber did an excellent job with the vocals. I've liked her singing before, but this one really stood how. Strong, clear and so country. Don't know who's idea it was to add those harmonies, but that was a great idea - and very well done.

Nice voice with all the right catches and quirks that suggest sincerity & intimacy.
There's a fair bit of sibilance are a result of the reverb and recording though.
Nice mix for an understated backing.
