Band-in-a-Box for Macintosh

I have the latest BIAB for Mac, 2010 and cannot get it to the Dock.
All previous versions have mounted on the Dock with no problems.
Here is what I am doing.
1. In my hard drive I highlight BIAB.
2. Under File I click "Make Alias"
3. In the hard drive I highlight the BIAB alias and drag it to the Dock-It does not appear in the Dock.
A few observations-
I can drag the alias to the desktop and it stays.
I have tried with BIAB running and not running during this process.
Mounting the alias to the desktop then to the Dock also does not work.
It is more of an annoyance than anything else, but it would be nice
to have BIAB available on the Dock.
Any Ideas.
