Yes, utility tracks should support Hold, Shots and Rests exempt, but I think this old feature, in its current state, makes little sense nowadays. It was designed for a time where only 5 tracks (Bass, Piano, Drums, Guitar and Strings, in this order) could be used, but today, writting (or reading) "B"[*****] when you have (say) a keyboard loaded in the "bass" track simply makes no sense and can be really confusing for newcomers.

It would be better, in my opinion, to update the Chord Options (ALF + F5) dialog to support Utility tracks AND definitely abandon the old "B for Bass, D for Drums, P for Piano, G for Guitar, S for Strings" schema.

So +1

EDIT: "B"[*****] means actually "Bass", but it seems that UBB doesn't like that instrument, haha.
