Bar settings mute invalid - it's back, yep!

Tried WAX.STY Wax Funky Lap Steel Blues

- Solo (Guitar 1) on bar 1 muted, back to normal in bar 2.
- Save SGU
- Play
- Solo (Guitar 1) not muted on bar 1 (F5 shows back to normal in both, bar 1 and 2)

EDIT: Tried another style (FACETED) and I did NOT have the above issue. Weird. Sporadic again just like originally reported.
