If you record the playing, you can use the chord window to interpret the chords. Check the options button in the chords window (or right-click, I don't remember which right now). You can tell it to interpret the chords at any point.

There is also a default checkbox to interpret the chords when a file is opened if they have not been interpreted previously; make sure that is checked.
